I am writing to confirm this Saturday’s field trip to the Lick Creek Yurt. 

We will be meeting at 10 am at the parking lot in front of Idaho First Bank and carpooling up to Lick Creek summit. Marty Rood with Payette Powder Guides will be giving an overview of his summer and winter operations there. We will review the Recommended Wilderness boundaries and discuss forest planning efforts and potential designations. We will also do a short hike and driving tour of some of the local trailheads. We will wrap up around 2 and plan to be back in McCall at 3 pm. 

Bring a lunch, hiking shoes, and water (and perhaps a spare set of lungs). RSVP to John Robison at jrobison@idahoconservation.org.
