Purpose:  The core of the agenda is devoted to recommendations for the Lost Creek/Boulder Creek Project.  Note the extended time to manage a full agenda.
 
In order to make best use of the meeting time for discussion and decisions, the Scribe posted background materials on the Forum, including a video.  Your review of the video ahead of the meeting will spare 15 minutes of meeting time on November 1st!   Please review and post comments/questions.

A review of the materials by committee members (Vegetation, R&RI) prior to their October meetings will also  help the process.
