Please help the PFC respond to a national poll of collaborative groups engaged in the Collaborative Forest Landscape Restoration Program (CFLRP).

Collaboration is one of five indicators that will measure CFLRP's progress and implementation success.  The National Forest Foundation has asked each collaborative group to complete the brief survey of 11 questions.  The results will be reported to Congress, part of the requirements of the CFLR Act (2009).

Please complete the survey by October 24th.  The survey will require 5-10 minutes of your time.  Individual responses will be compiled into one PFC entry, and individual PFC member responses will remain anonymous.
