Committee Members:  The Council Ranger District is planning to implement thei GRAIP road inventory protocol in the Upper East Fork Weiser River Watershed.    GRAIP is a model of road sediment delivery within a watershed.   The one page GRAIP Fact Sheet is a quick overview of the program. 

CFLRP monitoring funds will partially finance the work.  Implementation of GRAIP will help address many of the questions asked by the PFC during the review of the DEIS for Mill Creek-Council Mountain, i.e., allocating road restoration dollars to locations that will produce the greatest benefit.
