The Forest Service Regional Office (Ogden, UT) informed the Payette NF that the Supervisor's Record of Decision for the Mill Creek-Council Mountain EIS was affirmed on both appeals. 

This outcome means that the Forest will proceed to implement the activities described in the Record of Decision.  Congratulations to the Interdisciplinary Team and the Payette Forest Coalition on this significant achievement.
