I’ve been told that the RCA monitoring topic will only take a half-hour instead of an hour.  If there are no objections, I’d like to use the time from 11:30-12:00 to:

1. Review public Scoping comments to date and consider submitting a comment letter based on that review, and
2. The PFC and Forest brainstormed ways of encouraging public input during Scoping at last month’s meeting.  Does the PFC want to develop concrete actions it will take to do that and, if so, what are they?
