On 10/25 the Forest received an amended opinion from the 9^th Circuit. There’s no emergency injunction but there is some legal clarification on their previous ruling and theÂ’ve mandated to the district court that the LCBC decision be vacated.

 

Our attorneys have advised us to begin orderly shutdown and we’re proceeding to work with our contracting officers on the shutdown.  We are looking at how we can address the issues identified by the court for this project.
