The recent ruling by the 9th District Court of Appeals on the Lost Creek-Boulder Creek Record of Decision generated press releases by the appellants announcing a "win" for the general public.   The PFC Steering Team has responded with a guest opinion to clarify the benefits of this collaborative restoration project, and the risk of losing those benefits due to litigation.
