To clarify John's point, does the group still want to talk about whether it should be involved in recommending winter closures outside of the Granite Mountain and Bear Basin?  Will it need any information from Forest Service to have that discussion?  The meeting notes reflect that the group wanted the area Ranger to come but nothing beyond that.

On another topic, got word this morning that the implementation plan for MFWR wonÂ’t be ready until April or May, so the Forest is not yet prepared to give you an update for it until then.  That opens up 45 minutes on the agenda.  Ideas?
