I have posted on the PFC Forum a draft memo from ICL in support of the No Business Creek bull trout adaptive management strategy.

I wanted to provide the PFC and the Forest Service with some background information regarding ICL's bull trout monitoring efforts and our perspective on the Forest Service proposed response.
