As a group, we have adopted an organizational structure and many business procedures.  I believe it would benefit everyone to have essential documents available at each meeting.

 

For example, the meeting notes include bullet points related to minority opinion.  However, the PFC adopted in the decision process a very specific definition of minority opinion that is tied to opposition votes.  And the delivery of that minority opinion is from the Coalition to the Forest Service.  If there is no opposing vote to a recommendation, there is no basis for a minority opinion.

 

Since I wasn't at the meeting, I may be misconstruing the discussion,  However, I do believe there are key PFC references that ought to be readily available to all members.
