Review maps of existing designations, trail uses and boundaries (which may or may not be working for various folks).
Lessons learned from other community collaborative efforts which helped influence land agency decisions
What issues should be on the table for this discussion
How the group’s recommendations fit into broader community plans and goals

What groups and interests should be at the table
Who can represent various interests and groups (so everyone doesn’t have to show up for every meeting)
How we might structure the next series of meetings and keep track of notes
