The Action Plan from the Dec 10th meeting included an issue on improving internal communication (new member orientation).
The PFC's independent website was implemented last June and
included some new features. I realized there was no introduction of the revisions to the Coalition.
Not only would new members benefit from an orientation, but so would present members benefit from a few tips on navigating the Web resources. New features include:
- Document libraries as a technology to manage the growing
number of Coalition documents (~200 and growing).
- A "post and mail" news blog open to all. This feature enables anyone to post a news item or event to the home page and automatically generate an email to the PFC email list.
- An interactive map of the CFLRP landscape and the NEPA project planning boundaries contained therein.
