Hello;

We are starting to think about the December (10th) Meeting Agenda.  This meeting is dedicated to "the health of the coalition."  The Steering team and I have not yet discussed desired outcomes, but I am interpreting our task as bringing some resolution and action to some of the issues that we have identified, both ourselves and with the help of the National Collaboration Cadre.  The Steering Team and I intend to discuss their expectations and desired outcomes soon. 

Given the number of issues we have identified and the amount of talking we have done about the health of the PFC in the past, there are many ways we could go.  I would like to know what you (the members of the coalition) have as expectations for the December meeting and what you would like to see us accomplish.  I suggest you look over the notes of our previous meetings in which we have discussed the coalition to refresh your memory and spur your thinking before responding.  Thanks!
