Here is an update on the MFWR project:
- The NOI has been submitted and as best we can estimate it will publish 12/23/14 and the comment period will run 12/24/15-1/22/15
- The scoping letter went out today (12/19/2014) to 167 parties
- A legal ad will run in the Statesman, Adams Co. Record and Star News all should come out next week (the NOI is the official start of the scoping period, legals are a courtesy in the Objection
rules)
- I posted the scoping letter, map and Proposed Action document to the FS website
- We have a public meeting set for January 13, 2015 at 6 pm at the Council RD – we’ll have more information to come on that and will have a press release in January.
