Idaho Collaborative Groups: Here is a project update prior to the upcoming 2017 IFRP Workshop (
agenda and registration). The total number of projects on the map has increased to 29, and 23 of the projects
have a published decision. Highlights for the first quarter of fiscal year 2017 include:
Boise Forest Coalition
- Decision published for Bogus Basin Project (3,724 acres).
KVRI
- The Forest Service published the Notice of intent for the Boulder Creek Project located in the lower Kootenai River watershed (40,612
acres).
Payette Forest Coalition
- The draft.Record of Decision was published for the Middle Fork Weiser River Restoration Project (~50,000 acres). This is the third project located within the Weiser-Little Salmon Headwaters CFLRP landscape.
Panhandle Forest Coalition
- The Record of Decision was published for the Hughes Meadow Aquatic Restoration Project.
