The National Forest Foundation announces a webinar, intended for Forest Service Partners,  on the Good Neighbor Authority (GNA).  The webinar will cover the general framework for how the agency intends to implement GNA. Implementation scenarios will illustrate how GNA might work in the future, and time will be set aside to discuss ideas and share suggestions throughout the session.
