Boise Forest Coalition:  The citizen-led Boise Forest Coalition turned over to the Boise National Forest today recommendations for a restoration and recreation project, after 11 months of collaborative effort. The project recommendations include commercial thinning for wildlife habitat and fuels reduction, bull trout habitat connections, road and trail improvements, road decommissioning, controlled burning and mountain bike trail construction.
