The IFRP Board recently undertook a comprehensive strategic planning process to review our mission and priorities. Given the current state of Idaho’s forests and the evolving opportunities to influence positive change, the Board believes it is time for IFRP to pivot in a more active, supportive direction. Moving forward, our goal is to take on a more dynamic role in soliciting and elevating the input of local collaboratives to advance the pace,
scale, and effectiveness of forest restoration across the state. We are incredibly excited about this next chapter, but we cannot do it alone. Your voice, insight, and buy-in are essential to shaping this transition. How You Can Help Shape Our FutureWe invite you to actively participate in defining this new path. Please review the attached draft materials, which outline our proposed
new mission, long-term organizational vision, and high-level priorities. - Review the Strategic Planning Draft: Please look over the attached document prior to our next
meeting.
- Join the Discussion: Come ready to share your feedback, questions, and ideas.
- Can’t Make It? If you are unable to attend, we still want to hear from you! Please send your thoughts in writing to our facilitator, David Nichols, at [email protected].
