Webinar: Planning for the Future of Collaborative Forest Groups

The Idaho Forest Restoration Partnership and the National Forest Foundation invite you
to join a webinar and group discussion on strategic planning and how to leverage
resources for collaborative forest management and stewardship efforts. The National
Forest Foundation will provide valuable insights from successful strategic planning
processes, including local examples from across the state of Idaho. Strategic planning
can provide clarity and purpose to support work priorities and fundraising opportunities,
especially during times of uncertainty. The session will also cover various funding
opportunities and approaches for securing financial support for critical collaborative
capacity. After a brief presentation and Q+A, participants will get the opportunity to
workshop their collaborative group’s goals and aspirations, while also sharing current
challenges and barriers to moving their collaborative work forward.
