I have tendered my resignation as a steering committee member of the Boise Forest Coalition. I do so out of a need to clear my calendar a bit and also to allow for new voices on the Steering Committee. Serving on the Steering Committee has been a great experience and it has been
very rewarding to see our development over the years.
I intend to stay involved and to participate in the meetings of the Boise Forest Coalition, as the coalition is doing amazing things!
In consult with the other steering committee members, we recognize that this allows for two openings for the two candidates we have for the steering committee election. Both candidates have been receiving votes and the voting members need to know that both will be elected.
The election remains open until the 3rd of February.
